Muting as alternative for bans

If you're ban reason is not really worth a ban, you get muted, that means the only permission which will be removed is posting, that means you can still:

  • View all subforums

  • Send privat messages

  • Give woots

  • Edit existing operation posts

  • Can not post.

Why?

If a user posted a bit breaking the spam minor rule, and gets banned by the bot, should he really be handle like now?
