The servers are kinda down, standalone/main page EE doesn't work well unless you spam tabs. You could try to open several tabs on FB to play EE and refresh until it works.
Not sure if that works on FB tho, but it works on the beta.everybodyedits.com website (and probs the normal everybodyedits.com as well).

It wasnt shut down, somebody is attacking it using a bug in PlayerIO (supposedly), I'm sure that at some point soon they will either stop, or PlayerIO will patch the bug
