[Help] Mouse

I have the EasternTimes Tech X-08 mouse and the scroll wheel is messing up. Sometimes when I scroll down it scrolls up. I can't find anything online on how to take it apart to possibly be able to clean it. Anyone might be able to help me?

I had this issue.
apparently it's getting worse overtime.

solved by buying new mouse because all attempts to restore original one failed

Just slowly got worse over time, and I couldnt seem to do anything that make it better / worse so just got a new one
