weird loading thing

i loaded forums and it took a while to load and then it loaded.
donate was on left side and it showed who moderated under each section... ?

Both of those style rules are inside common.css, not sure why it wouldn't have loaded for you.

I'm actually more surprised that that information is literally "hidden" and just not sent.

I was thinking maybe it could be the page stopped being sent halfway through but that doesn't make sense, considering master.css link would be stated before the rest of the forum data
