consider, for a moment, the trouble of Invisible Man (HG Well's?) -- this poor gent is entirely invisible, but only his personal self. His clothing does not change. We also meet this gent in February, so you can see his predicament! He cannot just run around as a coat and pants with no hands or feet or face! So he bundles up quite severely. Conversely, if he wants to be invisible, he must be naked.

With this chilling example, I would say that it still is indeed nudity when you consider the thermal implications of not wearing clothing (visible or not) during winter months.

Furthermore, he is almost obligated to stick to the strict rules of fully clothed skin or none. So logically when outdoors he needs all (footprints). When indoors, he needs none.

On that note, also consider the psychological aspect. Knowing that one is nude and in an environment of unknowing persons requires an extra step of vigilance beyond simply attempting to stay "hidden" and unobtrusive. To my knowledge, nude people don't like running into other people. What if those other people simply don't know?

also, should we move this to Off-topic? It's not really a great topic to debate but still interesting to me.

I don't see how you could make an argument that you aren't naked if you aren't wearing anything. Being visible is not part of the definition of nudity. I guess if it were an accusation of public nudity and indecent exposure, the defendant might say that they caused no harm because nobody saw them. I don't think this would actually work as a defense because it is just too creepy and inappropriate to not convict.

Does not wearing glasses make you blind (cause you imply peeps can't see anymore without them)?
And if you're blind? For non-blind people it's still nudity? Right?

Idk I consider any kind of nudity nudity since nudity is nudity no matter in what way lol

Definition: An unclothed human figure, especially an artistic representation. The condition of being unclothed.

By that definiton, as long you have a full set of clothes you're not nude.
