They would be pretty cool but I’m not so sure they would fit with EE physics since bouncing doesn’t really exist here.

Or you can use signs such as: "->" to tell direction. Rather than creating a block for it.. I mean there are things in game you can use for this.. Stop being lazy and be imaginative..
The graphics designer shouldn't have to make something for every little obstacle..

Maybe a new type of sign that can have 8 or so characters on it that are displayed on the actual sign

Edit: 8 prob wouldn't fit so maybe just 3 / 4

though you probably could fit basic arrows on it

Well, there could be a way to minify the text like with numbers on switches. I think the idea is good, the number of characters most likely won't work.
