[Suggestion] List all active warnings as ban reason

I've never been banned so I'm not completely sure of this, but it seems that everyone thinks their reason for banning is purely the last warning they received (which is where I think most of the complaints about bans comes from), which would suggest that the ban system doesn't make it obvious enough that previous warnings count towards the ban.

If all warnings were listed in the ban message or whatever this probably wouldn't be a problem anymore as rather than people saying 'I was banned for this one joke post', they'd see that they were banned for 2 counts of minimodding, 3 counts of spam (minor), and flame (minor).

All active warnings are currently listed on the ban page. It's not a part of the ban message, just a bit below it, but it's exactly what you see from your profile if you check out how many active warnings you have. When the system bans a warned user the ban message only states the length of the ban, not what it's for. The active warnings list clears that up.

There must be something that's causing people to think their last warning is the only reason for the ban though, mustn't there?

Probably just because any warning received if you have more than 3 points immediately results in a ban. Maybe if only entering a new warning level triggered a ban it would be better, so you'd have to get 1-3 tiny spam warnings to get a ban (which would then be a more severe ban than the last) instead of every point past the first 3 resulting in a ban.

That's probably it then, waiting for progression to higher tiers sounds like it might solve the problem

Although there could be problems with expiring warnings taking you back to one point away from a ban though, so I guess after 3 points since last ban?
