Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

HOW TO PLAY:
Writing a joke isn't hard, but getting woots for some joke is a bit hard, so getting woots at your post is the aim.
The game will be in order, there will be some groups, each group contains 12 people, first 12 people will be counted in the game as first group, when YOU choose the winner of the group (by wooting their post) they will be on the WINLIST
When 12 people sign in you'll have a 1 day to write your posts, 2 days so people would woot them!
signing up is by just saying that you want to sign up until 1 group is full
---------------
RULES:
1. Follow forum rules.
2. Repeating someone's joke (from the same group or from the previous groups) will disqualify you from the group and replace another person.
3. Saying any offense to this game or to any player would disqualify you.
4. Signing in after the group is full won't be counted, if it got repeated you'll be disqualified from the NEXT group.
5. Posting nothing after signing up would let you be out of the group.
Disqualifying system means you're banned to get in the "current" or "next" group according to the rule break.

Winlist example: There's 3 people, A, B and C
A got 2 wins (got top woots twice from 2 different groups)
B got 1 win (got top woots once from a group)
C got 3 wins (got top woots triple times from 3 different groups)
Winlist:
1. C - 3 wins
2. A - 2 wins
3. B - 1 win

Why wouldn't you make this significantly easier by just saying "make a joke, try to get as many woots as possible"
I fail to see what organizing people into groups is supposed to accomplish. Or the time constraint. And the "most # of wins" for top 3 places only seems like it'll skew results. And planning for 12 folk for every group seems a bit optimistic.
Currently playing through: Mega Man 1-6

Might be helpful to think of his "groups" more as "rounds"
