Looking for inspiration for my map.

I've "recently" started work on this map called Skylands and I don't have any more ideas (also hindered by the fact I have no creativity.)

Can somebody give me feedback over the level, character ideas, districts, and other buildings scattered across the map? I'm pulling my hair our just thinking of new ideas. I do not care what the idea is but I want it to make sence in some extent. So I don't want a idea of a island of just a single floating ball of water, lava, or whatever. Be sure to be specific about what I should do and/or what I should change.

The map is about a person (you) that lives in a small group of islands only connected by manmade bridges and ziplines. Hot air balloons are also used as a form of transportation. In this map you lose your hot air balloon and go on a journey to get it back.
