It happens (at least in Firefox) when you right click on the game and that flash info thing comes up, and after that input doesn't work
it's not a bug, it's a feature
Well, obviously it doesn't work. Input works for a popup now. Focus the game (left click it) and then input will start working again

Edit: Just tested it, it doesnt seem like it happens every time anymore, but it has happened at least a few times recently for me
