Idea: if the user only has 1 word in the post when pressing Submit, warn them that they will receive a warning.

I feel like there are some simple topics that can be fully explained in the title of the thread. Personally, I wouldn't consider those worthy of a warning.

Just add a ten character minimum to posting. It may seem arbitrary but I think it would cut down on a lot of low-quality posts.

Yeah. If frogman is the frog in his avatar, his boots must be rather small. It would be bad if he overgrew them.
