(Dont mind me being freinds with a swear word.)
Awesome to keep a unknown person on my list. 
I was adding nicely named shared accounts on my list and got this.

I got it too.
I thought it's just a bug but it happened me again today when I added my new friend (It added me an Unknown User as friend not my friend)

Most likely a user doesn't have a set name, or it failed to load.
