Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

It's working perfectly fine for me, with the exception of rgb() - hexadecimal works, however. What browser are you using? Is JavaScript enabled?

It's only reliant upon JavaScript, are you sure you aren't blocking any of the domains it loads from? You should look at the Network tab in Inspect Element and check.
I've tested on http://ee-colorwheel.herokuapp.com/ and it works perfectly well.

Thanks, Also ONCE It worked out. But now It won't work, now It's back to the white background and hard to read text. Disguised in the white background,

Also, how do I get a Color "HEX" Code? I can't figure it out.. what program can i use to find out? Paint.net? GIMP? MS Paint?

So if you want a blue block, you can type in the block name or a color (like 'blue') or a hex code to find it.

Can you give us a screenshot, possibly with the F12 console open? Otherwise theres not much we can do to help...

Any of the above, plus there are loads of online tools (Google 'hex code picker')
