Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I agree with you. It's wrong to call Native Americans Indians.
You should have seen before, a guy thought Native Americans were black people, with that I mean Afro-American. But he probably uses Indians, since it's the most common word that most Scandinavians use when talking about the Natives.

Yeah we will see, he might have chosen it because the word Indian is quite shorter than Native-American.

Never admitting that he had reached a continent previously unknown to Europeans, rather than the East Indies he had set out for, Columbus called the inhabitants of the lands he visited indios (Spanish for "Indians").
I know you probaly know this, but I think they called it that cause they were first called that.
But I still agree, It should be changed to Native American

Well, the latter two make sense. Black and white are descriptive. Indian is a whole 'nother race of people. There's no 'other' black or 'other' white. There's an Indian, and there's a Native American. How do you think India-Indians feel about that? Probably pretty **** off, as are we. I can understand not caring, but I can understand caring a lot more. (Also fixed your post for spelling/grammar)

Everyone.
1. More than enough time.
2. No one seems to care.

I'm part Native American too, though I'm not that bothered by it(IDK if I should be), I think its trying to go along with the fact that Thanksgiving "started" around the time Native Americans were called Indians, and I doubt "Native Americans" would fit on a profile.

To have this not become a fight, some are called American Indians.
