Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Well if somebody would had killed me(I was the guy who was changing people's alignment with red) in the early game, Loyalist probably wouldn't have won.

wow I thought we were on the same team then you referenced teammates or something so I was like "eh maybe not"
that was interesting but yeah I had no idea how to go about things. esp. when everyone went silent lol

I was about to play but then I found the link to Onjit's mafia game spreadsheet in google docs because he reused an old document and I got leaked all roles and I couldn't play anymore and I think we should all take a moment to publicly shame Onjit for being so bad.
I have never thought of programming for reputation and honor. What I have in my heart must come out. That is the reason why I code.

Here's my thoughts:
This game was a disaster through no fault of Onjit's. In my opinion, the factions were appropriately balanced. People were not thinking tactically enough about how to go about eliminating red. Lynching me may or may not have been a good decision but I can't help but think that if someone else was converted in my place I would have pushed more for a lynch on MrJaWapa. It was fairly obvious that he was defending me and as a result he may have been the converter. Of course he wasn't but no one knew that so it would have been a better lynch than myself. Again, by the time jkdrip was converted it was very obvious that MrJaWapa was defending the converted players and as a result the wagon should have built against him rather than jkdrip. The whole "you have no reason not to lynch if they are not on your team" didn't really play too true since there was 2 no lynches... like c'mon, how do you run out of time twice when you know everyone is against you?
@Slabdrill, since you knew hummerz was on red you should have said something about that... any red that isn't someone who has been converted is the potential converter. Sure you would have had to reveal your role (not necessarily your faction) but it would have been worth it to potentially eliminate the converter. Of course, hummerz wasn't the converter but instead was arguably a better kill. By taking out hummerz it would have meant a lot more people would die each night. At least, they would do if diff and marten bothered to kill anyone. I feel sorry for matthijsfidder since they were seemingly the only active member of their team (if post count and the spreadsheet were anything to go by).
Speaking of the spreadsheet; @Onjit what killed Abelysk? The spreadsheet doesn't say.
@Abelysk. This is what I said to Onjit when I found out I had changed team: "Oh sweet, I feel sorry for Abelysk now."
Then I looked at the thread and saw you exposed me and, despite joining a different team, I felt betrayed I had no intentions to go after you after that but obviously that feeling wasn't mutual.#
@Hummerz thanks for almost saving my life by noticing that the faction names mean something about the team Sadly for me though it wasn't enough.
@Zumza did you always plan to convince jkdrip next or did you take the 'advice' I left by me saying it would be funny to see jkdrip in my situation?
Finally @Onjit what was it that mad you so mad early on in the game? I gather it was primarily the inactivity but I'd like clarification on that
that was mafia I like the game so who host the next game?
I believe jkdrip said last game that he was interested in hosting a game but wanted to gain a little more experience in the game before he does so. The game I have planned would also be quite fitting for the Halloween season but I think most people may be wanting a break from these experimental / advanced games and would prefer a simpler more traditional setup. However, you seem quite invested in the idea of hosting a game and currently I would have no objections to that. If you are to host the next game I think a simple setup (with the majority of players being vanilla townie) would be best and most well received.

so can I host the next maffia?
(The point in my post above is: yes, probably. Just make it a more traditional one for everyone's sakes).

"At least, they would do if diff and marten bothered to kill anyone." ignore that. It was based on the spreadsheet but from reading the orange chat and the fact the player who kills Abelysk isn't mentioned on the sheet it can be inferred that the sheet is incomplete.

Red didn't have a chat.

I didn't know hummerz was red. I only knew jawapa was (d4) and jkdrip was (d3) and you were (n2).

Ahh yes of course, you'd have been blocked. My mistake again. That's what I get from just reading straight off the spreadsheet I guess

Wait, so if I got this right, red team had the ability to block TWO WHOLE TEAMS every night, along with the ability to recruit people(aka way better than just kill)?
And with the recruited ones being able to take over the roles of the original team should one die? Yeah, totally balanced right.

These are some points you are forgetting:
They could only recruit 2 people. So if a backup replaced a convincer that already recruited 2 players then they would still be useless.
The person who gets recruited is instantly exposed as such.
Red cannot kill. So after the 2 recruits their only way of trying to get a majority would be the lynch.
Red did not have a night chat, so they can't co-operate as a team as effectively as other teams.
So yes, I think with the amount of debuffs red had it was fairly balanced. If there wasn't 2 instances of running out of time to lynch then I don't think red would have won.

That's still far more powerful than killing.
I suppose the big part of red is that no one knew what the other red roles were. Convincer was obvious after n1, but the rest no one knew except the person themselves.

Well, even if the recruiting was limited to 2 people, that still makes it, at worst, a double forced lynch/forced nightkill from another faction, and at best, a huge red team. Purple was close to dead, so red could just keep blocking orange+blue and stay safe the whole game.

but purple did have the ability to kill - i revealed that to the people who didnt know in d3

Only if they survive. Otherwise it is just a delayed kill that they can only do twice.
Convincer was obvious after n1
i suppose arbitrator could be figured out as well after n2
I don't really see how. The only way they'd know is if MrJaWapa role claimed to everyone as an investigator but even then MrJaWapa would not know himself if Zumza or Hummerz was the recruiter. Literally no one even knew hummerz role existed and no one would ever have known unless he died or role claimed.
and at best, a huge red team.
They also could not recruit if they had 4 players.
so red could just keep blocking orange+blue and stay safe the whole game.
False. They could only block the same faction twice in a row. If they chose the same 2 factions to block 2 days in a row then they could only block 1 faction on the third. If there was only 2 factions left then no one would be blocked every 3rd night.
