Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

If red gets everyone on their team then everyone wins! So might as well just let em do it
Omg that's a bad loophole.
Can kill all red but convincer, and then lynch the people they recruit. Make sure it's done carefully so red always has majority.

I'm confused are you agreeing with this or disagreeing
And was "Make sure it's done carefully so red always has majority." supposed to read "Make sure it's done carefully so red never has majority."???
This would let everyone but HeyNK win lol

According to the PM I received the second that red has majority, they win

If it's JUST the convincer left alive, then he'll never have majority until the night after 3 players are left. I guess that also means that 1 player besides HeyNK won't win.

Alright, time 2 math (the long way cause why would i do anything more complicated)
This would require all factions to be willing to comply, and red willing to out themselves in order to make this work
So the next few days we lynch/kill all the red that's not a convincer (myself included)
After that happens, it'll be 6 non-red, 1 red.
Someone gets converted. 5 non-red, 2 red. Then lynch the red, back down to 1 red.
Convert. 4 non-red, 2 red. Lynch happens, 1 red.
Convert. 3 non-red, 2 red. Lynch happens, 1 red.
Convert. 2 non-red, 2 red. Lynch happens, 1 red.
Convert. 1 non-red, 2 red. Red have majority, red wins.
Someone else HAS to lose, no matter what happens the rest of this game.

Actually, hold up.
When it's 2 non-red vs 1 red, the 2 red could shoot the red. If, and only if, this still permits red's convincing command thing to go through, it could still be a 1v1 then next night.
@Onjit: If the convincer is killed, does the convince attempt he made still go through?

I don't mean to be blunt but that's essentially the point. Don't sign up then.
yes because thats a good way to learn.
Also, Emalton, what humz means is you should have asked for some rules BEFORE you signed up to play
so then he should just ignore me after me repeatedly asking for the rules?
ok

OH. Is THAT how we're supposed to deal with red team? (i made a post earlier about it too lazy to fetch)
though, wouldn't the backup take the convincer's role immediately? and there havent been any nightkills yet... idk

No.
Have a little faith that I wasn't a complete moron when I made the setup balance.

Also @Emalton, the reason I didn't give you a clear step-by-step tutorial on how to play is because it's not really my place as the host to teach you how to play. I'm the host, I'm supposed to be neutral.
If you want more help playing, you should try town of Salem, like Jawapa suggested, or check the Mafiascum wiki (although that doesn't help as much with a non-standard setup)

I'm really confused now. Are we lynching me or not?
If not I'll go for a vote that suits my win condition

Idk if any of you have been paying attention, but there's a very clear trend that I think has snuck up on all of us. To be honest I'm a bit surprised by it. Linux usage has increased sharply.
The numbers don't lie, and I've found them reflected in this site as well. Going by unique IP/OS combos, Windows makes up about 80% of the desktop population of the forums, with Linux and macOS splitting the other 20%, Linux taking just a little more than its fair share.
This holds more or less true on other sites that I own (which have a far less technical community than this site), with Windows taking up only 55%, with macOS eating 25% and Linux eating 20%.
I think we should all keep this in mind that just because something might be disregarded as small doesn't mean we can forget about it.

On the topic of mafia, (and slightly related to my last post), I'm not sure what we should be doing here. We're all pretty focused on red but we're all still out to kill each other and that's a bit of a problem. We should at least neutralize red for the moment, someone needs to kill the recruiting role at night (are there even any night killing roles? anyone getting role block notifications?), and we should keep chasing after the recruitees during the day until that's solved.
But after red's gone and even before then, we don't have any way for someone to slip up and reveal themselves to be scum, because we're all scum and we all know each other is scum. The only thing that can be revealed is alliances.
