I'd guess this is a problem with your computer not the bot...
Can you run other .exe files? Is that your desktop that MrBot is in? Are you an administrator on your computer?

Mysterion is fixing this problem. Mysterion have admin rights and can open all exe files -Thats what mysterion said-

Run as administrator or move it to a different folder I would say.

I use kaspersky and it blocks it to but I give it permission to start up and it works fine.
