Well if we're lynching Marten we only need to test Abelysk. We need to avoid getting maf to test as well.

The town were confused by MartenM’s role claim as a joy rider and decided this was a scum thing to do. Upon having his actions questioned by the town, MartenM seemingly put up no defence.  But if only the town had listened to his claim. For when he was hung, he was found in possession of 2 sets of car keys… further investigations concluded he had no connections with the mafia so it turns out he really was a joy rider. It seems the town are in for another long night…

Role: Joy Rider
Description: You are almost certain something is up with your own car. So much so that you sometimes like to take a lift in someone else's car. And by take a lift I mean steal it. And by steal it I mean just borrow it because you do return it. Some may call your actions scummy, but you think of it more as survival.

Borrow: During the night you are able to target any other player’s car. This will cause you to drive their car to your own house to use in the morning. After using their car you then return it to their house when the day is over; unless they lynch you, then the joke's on them.
Usage: At night, PM me the name of the user whose car you wish to borrow.
Notes: You can only borrow one person’s car per night. You cannot use your car to drive to someone else’s car to borrow it. You always return the car at the end of each day. You can borrow the same car as many times as you like.

Luck of the Dice: When borrowing a car it will never break down.
Usage: This ability applies automatically when using someone else's car.
Notes: There is no risk of a borrowed car breaking down. No dice is rolled when you borrow a car.

Role: Hidden Witch
Description: Pathetic humans, fighting amongst themselves. Mafia, Town? You hate them all. Usually you like to stay hidden, but who can resist meddling amongst the affairs of the town when they are most vulnerable? Be careful though, it is rumoured that you are not the only magical being in this town. A wizard is said to be on a witch hunt.
Win condition: Survive. If all of the Mafia are killed, as well as the wizard, then you will take control of the town. You are considered town to the Mafia unless you join them.

Role Swap: At night you may choose 2 players. If either player tries to perform an action it will be used on the other player instead of their intended target. This may result in both players using an action on each other.
Usage: At night, PM me the names of the 2 players you wish to role swap.
Notes: You may choose yourself. Both players will be notified that a magical force has controlled them if they use an ability however they will not know what they did.

Possession: At any point during the day you may select a player. You may force the player to speak words of your choosing by sending me messages that the selected player is forced to post in the chat. You can only force a player to send 3 messages per day.
Usage: During the day, message me the name of the player you wish to control. Any messages you send to me that begin with !, I will be copy and past to the player for them to post to the chat. This is limited to 3 uses each day.
Notes:  The player will of course know that they are being possessed but they will not know who by. You may use this opportunity to make the player vote your way. You may not choose yourself. This can only be done on one person per day. It is recommended you choose players that are regularly online. Any player that purposely stays offline to avoid posting these messages will be punished for it.

Role Type: Selfish > Support - Magical

3. my car was gone last night. whoever did this should claim or else we can assume there is a car thief.
4. I left to go to classes for one afternoon and when I came back martenM was in a noose. I knew scum was on this wagon, proven by slabdrill's flip, but I think there are more to be found in that pile. I was about to make a case for slabdrill once I realized how hard he was scumtelling but he's dead

It would seem there are most likely 2 joy riders (not confirmed, just most likely).

I am Car Spotter. Once every night I can inspect a user to see if they use their car. I also receive a list of everyone that uses their car to get to town.

N1 I inspected Jawa, no car used.
N2 I inspected Onjit, but my results were that Abelysk's car wasn't used (I'm guessing this is the result of a transporter-esque role).
D2 Onjit used their car. This is why I believe Abelysk is actually another joy rider and not a car thief.
Like Abelysk said, my car was indeed taken. I tried to drive this morning but was forced to walk.

Now, here's the super loose but scummy reads:

D1: MartenM and hummerz5 took their cars.

MartenM was kind of understandable in hindsight, since it was impossible for his car to break down. However, I interpreted that as "I'm maf so nobody can sabotage my car." That's why I was gunning for the Marten lynch.
hummerz5 on the other hand, I can't understand. I'm pretty sure everyone's transport options reminded them that maf could sabotage their car, and there's also the risk of losing a lot of hours to chat by your car breaking down. The way I see it, maf don't have to worry about a car bomber or anything of the sort, so it's safer for them to use it.

I'm the wizard mentioned in slabdrill's card. At night I can witch hunt a player and see if they are magical. I investigated MartenM N1: Not Magical. I investigated Hummerz last night: Not Magical.
So basically I'm a townie who wants to kill the mafia and the witch.

I walked the first night and tried to take my car last night just to see if it would be stolen, and it was. Somebody stole my car last night and idk what that means except somebody that can do that is alive.

Onjit, Music Man, Hummerz5, Processor, Gosha are really suspicious. If there are two car thieves then that leaves 3/5 of the suspects, and then there is mafioso so 2/5, those two are the wild cards for now

I take back what I said about Abelysk. It's entirely possible for him to claim he stole another maf's car, as that maf would not deny one of their own. However if I live (again) I should be able to either clear him or confirm him guilty just by trying my car.

We can't confirm abelysk as town. Mafia is pretty much guarenteed to have at least one car thief considering that my car is missing and so is evilbunny's, so they could just steal jkdrip's car next.

If anyone gets to L-1, let him claim before hammering. Declare intent to hammer, unlike evilbunny yesterday. If evilbunny is not the wizard and you are, please CC now.

^ There is a surprising amount of town on that wagon. I'm not inclined to push a lynch on abelysk unless I start seeing my top scumreads flip town (proc/onjit/gosha...)  Due to the end game mechanic, we can just form a townblock and kill everybody outside of it, and the people I mentioned earlier are a fantastic place to start, and once I consider this VCA, I think proc is a better lynch than onjit.

When you say "top of the list" are you talking about the player list? Because that's literally just the order that we signed up in.
If you have your own lists of theories on everyone, please, post them.

I am the Medium. Last night I talked to Jawapa, (only managed to get two questions in because Devlin decided to sleep for 13 hours)

1) On D1 he investigated Evilbunny's House - Nothing suspicious.
    He also investigated Abelysk's House - Had unpacked boxes, keys to his car, and his car had not been cleaned.

   Jawapa died of a curse N1.

2) His suspicions are:
    Proc, one of his only posts being this one to encourage EB to hammer, even though there was plenty of time left in the day. (Apparently his lack of posts can be explained by IRL events but still)
    Abelysk: He already has a car, and another Joy Rider exists.
    Either:
        Devlin had multiples of the same role in the game. (very unlikely)
        Abelysk is the Car Thief.

Also there are no ghosts (yet) because Devlin is being particularly coy about the deadchat I'm supposed to get
