He has it downloaded or it wouldnt say theres an error with it, it would say it isnt there.

Maybe try reinstalling it though, it could be corrupted, and if that doesnt work, maybe try reinstalling flash. To me, this doesnt sound like a problem with EE, it sounds like something else.

I think all the problem might be causing is in regedit...

Try running it as admin.

Otherwise try downloading the .swf itself and using Adobe Flash Player to convert it to an exe.
