Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Well, dead isn't the right word, the game is still running and we're still playing this game. There are still very active moderators checking every report and some inactive admins making tiny updates. So how do we call it if the game isn't running anymore?
Also, don't make the classics very expensive like 20.000 energy. I don't want to wait one month for a single smiley, I think something like 10.000 as maximum would be okay.
I'm wondering if the game is still alive when it's black friday, I'm saving some gems for it.
Nah nah, you could wait if you want but nothing is going to happen now.. These totally random Young players who leads EE are going to make.. Huuuu, maybe, to make crap. Bye

Patch Notes 2:
- Metal Ladder has been updated to give a smoother metal look.
- In-game Smiley Selector has been adjusted so if you have over 130 smileys, the selector becomes wider to fit them all on screen.
- A few other minor graphical edits.
- Updated the Loadscreen with redone graphics.

This likely means you either have too many signs with different text or too many world portals with different IDs.

If Emalton is right, there's nothing that the devs can do as its a limit set by playerIO, unless I guess they use some sort of compression to make the world size smaller...
You shouldn't really run into this problem though, as you'd need an excessive number of different portals or signs, and a world almost filled with blocks, but if it happens often with the same world, it's probably that

what you say is right its an 200x400 rpg world fille dup for 90+% had 1 world portal quite much signs (much sigsn witj just "...") a bank with like 15 signs with money and some other signs not thtat much portals i think maby around 30 or so idk does switches count? we have qutie some of them as we have muhc diffre nt buildings/houses most of the world is also filled up with dots so i guess its the amount of blocks and signs/portals

1. fix your english
2. it is just that the strings take more bytes than other types, meaning the world size increases, and playerIO has a 500kb limit for bigDB objects, meaning it won't save.

As others me ntioned above, the issue is caused by different text in signs. The way it works is that Everybody Edits stored all their blocks in a database array, and store objects within containing the layer, a list (bitshifted byte array) of the x and y values, blockid, text, rotatation and other arguments. When two blocks have the different arguments, it creates an entirely new object for it instead of adding the location to the "list" I mentioned earlier. Text takes much more space, and is likely why you are running into issues. With the "list" of locations (byte arrays) they are bitshifted together because the maximum value of a byte is 255. Because worlds are must larger than this, they use two 16 bits for every x and y value. This makes it much larger worlds possible, but they still use smaller worlds because of the 500kb limit per databaseobject (world).
I hope what I said makes sense to people who have programming experience, and those who don't. (I tried to make it simple without potentially insulting anyone's intelligence)

this makes much sense as my world is almost full of blocks had quite some signs and portals this should be fixed by ee though... if poss

Well, the staff can't do much to fix it. The game engine that EE runs on has made the limitation, and all EE can do it try to make their data smaller.
