Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

tell us your story of how you experienced the eclipse today
I only got like 78% coverage where I live so it just got a little darker idk. I got a bunch of mosquito bites and didn't even get to see it because I didn't have glasses.
Would not recommend.

Got like 91% totality here. Pretty cool, clouds cleared up just in time. Hung out in the parking lot in between classes to see it. Got a few okay pictures at the peak of it but for the most part plain phone made it way too bright to capture and using the eclipse glasses with the phone made the focus get all screwy.

I looked at it without glasses and now I'm blind, nah. I'll observe total solar eclipse in 2024 when I'm in the U.S.
*u stinky*

It barely affected us here... so anti-climatic.

Saw one in the 90s when I was a kid, was fun, everything suddenly going dark was impressive.
I remember we waited for hours in the middle of nowhere too so that was boring. But eh, 5 minutes of fun !
Would watch another one again if I have the chance.
Trolls be in da place, mon !

77% totality here, it didn't get much darker but it did cool down a bit
also a kid nailed 6 backflips and there was a cow on the road on the way back according to jawapa, that's normal in ohio. that's only because the cows are much more civilized here in pennsylvania compared to you ohio ruffians >:(((

80%, the whole afternoon for marching band today was inside so we worked in groups during the eclipse and we were allowed to go out and look at it. seeing the moon over the sun with the glasses was much more impressive than anything else, thought it was slightly darker which was weird and cool

100% cover. The sky went from blue to dark grayish blue, which is dusk-ish looking.

IDK the percent coverage, some 80% i think.
I was at work and went out to look. i didn't have glasses but many of the other people there did and they passed them a round. i looked up when a cloud blocked the sun. that cloud was as bright as the normal sun.
i watched three different locations get eclipsed. i managed to catch the second twos moments of total eclipse (right before during and after) thought each only lasted a few minutes

75% totality, had to make a cereal box reflection to see the eclipse at the bottom of the box but it's sooo not interesting that way.
If I told you how much totality I got you could find my location, and then my birthday.
