None of the above...
Not sure about in other countries, but in the UK, bread bags come tied with a little strip of tape, I twist the top, then reuse that XD
If that rips or loses its stickiness then I apply the twist and tuck technique

The tape thing is basically lawful neutral, except it's tape instead of a clip. I do that too, and if I can't then I usually just tuck, maybe occasionally twist and tucking.
