Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

discontent with management,... being called mean names... getting banned.... getting bored... All of these things can cause you to quit everybody edits out of stress. Maybe, you have even gone so far as to make a thread about it.
In this thread, we post how many times we have quit EE and for what reason and for how long. Mine is zero, and for zero days.

Joined in Spring of 2010, Ridley's year-long summer vacation/0 updates that resulted made me leave. Came back about two months ago.
I was super nostalgic for it, and the great friendships I made on it. Haven't found much upon returning, but have met a few new people.
I think staying too long on this game/within this community does something to ya... I'm convinced at least half of us have crippling depression/anxiety or something, "veterans" seem goddamn unhealthy lol
At this point it's objectively not that great of a game. It's weird to have such a basic game require so much processing power in 2017, as well as produce such an abnormal amount of lag. Level-wise, the content isn't great, physics are weird... People definitely aren't staying for the quality of the game. Just seems like a never-ending game of chicken (Who can commit for the longest!)
EDIT: went off on a bit of a tangent sry

I've probably "quit" for an extended period of time 4 or 5 times now. Every time was either to attempt to grow out of this game or the game got boring. The main thing that draws me here is the possibilities this game provides. While what you said is true and EE runs and plays below-average, there's so many possible things you can make here, especially since the purple switch update. The appeal is in the concept, not the product. And while other level editors exist, there's reason to prefer this one, as it's main and only focus is creating levels, and it's in a 2D format, with different tools than other games that fit that criteria (only Mario Maker comes to mind, and that costs $50).
Currently playing through: Mega Man 1-6
Listen to my in-game music! (it's pretty much all I'm good at)

Twice,
one time for two weeks
one time for three months
Next one: Four years ?????
It's like asking how many times you die in StarGate
I quitted one time due to vacations in 2015, and 2nd because I am on village, in 2016.
I don't mind if the game is dead now...
I technically 'quit' twice for 2 very long amounts of time. The first time I quit I think was just before Mr Shoe's vacation and I think I came back near the end of it. The second time was about half that length and started during NVD's first era and ended in the middle of Nou's. Both times the reason was I just generally lost interest due to growing up as I was spending my time doing other things; the state the game was in never really had an impact.

I quit the community entirely once, because I got bored. I think it was a little before halloween 2012. Apart from that, well I have been barely playing EE for the past few years, only logging in to spend energy in the shop, building levels for contests, and very rarely building non-contest worlds. I even stopped spending energy at some point, probably for a year. But I haven't stopped going on the forums so I've remained part of the community.
thx for sig bobithan

Back in 2010, EE was fun, but I got addicted to Roblox, so sadly, I decided to quit EE for 2 years.
In 2012, I took a break from Roblox, and I thought, I missed these packages in EE? No way.
I still played EE, I was most active in 2012, all the way to today.
Sadly, this may be shocking for you guys, but I still play Roblox. Not because I wanted to stay with a bunch of kids, but to keep playing and see, what will happen later on.
Thank AnatolyEE for the picture on top of this link. And credit to Bluecloud for making a signature for me at the picture next to AnatolyEE.

I quit directly after the Guardians were implemented, after my attempts to prevent it fell flat.
I was enjoying my life for about year or so, until Phinarose nagged me back into coming back.
*u stinky*

Like once I left this community for a month or two when I was stressed keeping my forum game up. A few months ago I had a three-week break. As you can see my breaks are rather short.

If something makes you feel bad, and you can do something about it, do it.
If something makes you feel bad, and you can't do anything about it, accept it and move on.
In other words, either leave the game while you still have the chance or be more positive find some sort of joy from it that makes it worth it.

Uhhhhh...
No clue. Probably 4 times?
I Usually it's less a "I QUIT" and more of a "I forgot to log in for a week then forgot EE existed"

Once... and I never returned.
