I am banned from PB
ProBoards IP Banned Permament, any way how to avoid IP Bans? Any legal if possible? Want to start a 1/10 Discussion that they ban me for no reason. ProBoards is f*cking bad community discriminating me for no reason. Yeah if they ban me again help raiding pls

Private browsing isn't hiding your IP-Address. It looks like you have no knowledge at all.
There is different ways of hiding your IP-Address. Web-Proxy, Proxy servers, Tor, Usenet, VPN.
I'm not going to make a tutorial for you. And I'm not going to raid anything because I'm not your personally army.

No, a VPN. Like NordVPN or Trust.Zone or AirVPN. A VPN changes your IP, basically. Routes all your traffic through a third party.

If you have dynamic IP address, you can just turn off your router, wait 10-20 minutes, turn it back on, and then voilà. Your ISP just gave you a new IP. Otherwise, get a VPN as the others said. (or TOR Browser)
