Keyboard problem

For some reason just today my keyboard has been working slow on ee, everytime I press the keys my character does not move at first, but then randomly seconds later. It is also delayed randomly when I type in the chat. Could this possibly be caused by a recent computer update?

Nah that's just internet lag. If you live in a braziallian speaking country or you have slow internet that's your problem.

EE is a flash game. You were experiencing a slow framerate, (10-15FPS i guess). It might be also in a big world, if you receive many connections, yours might be sent later.

no that is the freaking bad server form ee that is lagging like hell tping players and disconecting players NVD WHERE THE **** ARE YOU FIX YOUR SERVER

thats a bit wrong when you press a key you wont see a delay you wont sned a packet you just move and send a packet so other can see you move sneding a packet gives a small delay (or big is sveres are bad)

No, if you read the OP, it also happens when he types in chat. Typing in chat is probably client-sided, I doubt they would send packets/whatever every time you type a character otherwise we could crash worlds by typing fast lol?

OP's problem is bad input lag, and both a slow connection and limited resources (100% CPU, full RAM etc.) can cause it.

It's usually the connection.
