Remove Spam (Minor) Warning

The Spam (Minor) Warning is the most annoying warning in this forum.
You can get this warning if you reply to spam topics and and and.... .

Image, if someone has 14 warning points and got banned for just a small reason [Spam (Minor)], then is it 100% unfair and 0,000000000% fair.

If you agree this then woot this topic.

If you don't want to be banned for spam minor then just don't get the other 14 warnings... or maybe just don't break that rule?

The Minor Spam warning is crucial since without it people will be more likely to do just that, make topics like "Im going to bed" "When i close my eyes i cant see" or the best topics on these forums "EE is dead" and just overflow the forums since they know there wont be a consequence for doing so.
This, in turn, would lead to the forum mods having to ban these topics under a new warning, like Troublemaking, Nub or Spam (Major) if the issue is serious enough, both scenarios giving more warning points and more ban time.
So by asking to reduce the ban time you are pretty much asking to increase it.

Kirby and I had an issue about this yesterday - the forum mods are talking to Different55 about it. I suggested that people should be able to edit the post to clarify in instances of spam minors. (Provided it isn't actual spam.)

The warning system works based on points stacked up within a certain time frame, without regards to the time frame between warnings and their individual severity.
It's not really an issue of that particular warning itself, which was merely added to differentiate between severity of spam posts; spam posts were all treated as 'Spam (Major)' prior.
