D1 we have nothing to go on. That'd make it easy for mafia to push a vote for a townie. We'd all write it off as "eh, made a bad choice" and they just get a guaranteed free kill with no risk to themselves.

Contrast that with picking someone at random. Odds are, we still lynch a townie anyway. But at least now there's a chance that our random pick is actually scum and we're much less likely to get manipulated.

Is it possible that JaWapa manipulated his random selection gif? Very much so. But I like those odds better than one person calling out "let's lynch X."

if I challenge that, are we all on the same page? I suggest we don't follow that idea. If the choice backfires we roast the originator. The difference I see is that you envision something much quieter. This was rather loud.

What makes you so sure that Gosha is town? What do you think of Gosha's replies? What makes you so sure that JaWapa is not manipulating us but I am?

Diff is protecting Gosha in some weird way and I want him lynched in case Gosha turns out to be scum.

I don't have the first clue what Gosha, JaWapa, or you are. But I like my odds best going after Zumza. If JaWapa's manipulating me he's at least putting some effort into it where you're just saying things like

As a sidenote, I don't like how Kira is being so ominous and quiet. As cool as the gritty Batman-esque in-the-shadows type of persona is, it ain't helpin' us much.

saing you're new/bad at playing
claiming you're not part of the Mafia, and attempting to guilt trip us into not lynching you
admitting you like to keep silent
and just now, snarking at me when you're on your very last leg

You haven't helped out the town at all. The only thing that would have made me change my mind at all is if either:

you somehow gave us strong evidence to suggest you're not a Mafioso
(more likely) you revealed you have a power role that's useful for the town.

You have given us no reason to believe you're not part of the Mafia. Even after I gave you two chances, you blew it. I don't have the patience for this. Time's up, Gosha.

If you're part of the town, you have nothing to hide. Well, besides power roles, but that isn't very hard to do since power roles have the same agenda as regular citizens. And mentioning a "strike" implies you have an aggressive role. Either that, or you're just using clumsy language.

Either way, I don't like the vibes Kira is rubbing off on me.

It's time for...the daily Scale-o'-Scumminesss! Let's check out our players and see how well they fared in Day 1 by N1KF's inexperienced Mafia judgement.

MOST SUSPICIOUS INDIVIDUALS

Processor, "The Tough Guy": The first to push a lynch on Mr. Helpful 2.0, the innocent citizen. Jokingly voted against Bimps twice at the beginning of the game for some reason. He also defended SmittyW for no explained reason which didn't get brought up. Smells fishy to me. Probably not a cop because of his quick rush into stubbornly lynching somebody.

SmittyW, "The Trickster": He jokes around, which isn't that surprising considering that's what he normally does in Mafia. He was defended by Processor though which raises him up a few spots, and he didn't even respond to that! He was also the third to join the Gosha bandwagon—a common strategy Mafioso use to blend in.

Kira, "The Mystery": Is ominous and intentinally quiet, appearing to be hiding something. He's probably a Mafioso or a power role. He also called me fat, so that's a good enough reason to lynch him.

Zumza, "The Wild Card": Suspected JaWapa without explaining why. He also just generally seems kind of sketchy and frantic.

hummerz, "The Intellect": He thought I was pushing too hard. He might be a cop, or some role to that effect. If he were part of the Mafia he would have probably been more accepting of the arguments towards Gosha. But he did jump on the bandwagon later so there's that.

Maxi, "Mr. Helpful": He fooled around, even after being questioned about it. But maybe it's just maxi being maxi. Then he called out Processor multiple times throughout Day 1, which helps make him look less suspicious.

Different, "The Life Gambler": He did pretty much nothing but tried to get players to lynch a random player. Which is a bad idea, but I guess I didn't notice that because I was busy and only had time to focus on what Gosha was doing.

RhazzleFrazzle, "The Rolecard Ignorer Like What Even": He hasn't done anything seemingly helpful in the game yet. Get your stuff together and post something that doesn't completely stink.

JaWapa, "Gambling Addiction Enabler": Completed the roll that Different suggested. It's possible he faked this to get a free kill on Zumza—for example, he recorded the reandomizer multiple times. Or he just got a townie on his first try, which is more likely. But hey, that's just a theory—a Mafia theory. That's why he's going near the bottom of the list.

Devlin, "The Seemingly Evil Force Who's Actually One of the Less Notable Players": His infodump on his thoughts of all the players smelled town. But when I looked into him more, he got more suspicious. He was one of the first to jump on the Gosha bandwagon. He also acknowledge Kira's lack of help which is interesting to note.

Bimps, "The Deadpan Daredevil": He hasn't commented beyond the first two or three pages so I can't really comment. Got jokingly voted twice by Processor early in the game, so if Proc is part of the Mafia (which I think is the case), it seems to suggest that he doesn't care that much over whether or not he votes Bimps.

At the moment, I think proc is very suspicious. His "joke" votes on Bimps look like an attempt to show they are not working together. I think his "Smitty is town" post was a ploy. If he was lynched, and turned out to be mafia, town would lynch Smitty thinking he was also mafia.

If he turns out to be town, well then... I guess we lost ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You also have to keep in mind that Smitty didn't respond at all to Proc's claims that Smitty is innocent. Even after Maxi pointed it out, it was just kind of ignored throughout Day 1.
