[suggestion] increase woot limit to 40 per 12 hours

I, an anonymous user, have merged kubapolish's topic with another anonymous person's topic who may or may not be kubapolish because at least then we actually have an OP instead of blank crap

I, another anonymous user, question the level of activity in this forum in its ability to produce 40 posts in 12 hours, let alone 40 posts that deserve woots.

Since woots were implemented I never had exceeded the limit.
However if its indeed 20 per 24 hours I do believe that the limit should be raised.

I have only hit the limit maybe once or twice, and each time that does happen I feel sad...

It would be nice but I don't think it's that big of a deal.
