Phinarose wouldn't even hurt a fly. You don't have any evidence whatsoever for what you have stated.

Sorry I'm a bit late to the party, but about the 'why do you need evidence for everything I say' thing:
Generally the way things work is that when you are accusing somebody of something, you assume they are innocent until you get enough evidence to prove they are not. This means that it is much harder to successfully accuse someone of something that they didn't do, so whenever you are accusing someone of something, it would be good to have some evidence to go with it.

Also about the 'why didn't phina just ask whoever to clear the bad part of the world' thing:
This doesn't really work when that's the whole world... There was nothing of any value there so no problem with clearing it. It would be different if it was a partially complete world with some writing or signs in one corner or something, but it just isn't, and you're acting like it is.
