So, what are the options...
1. Replace the heart (a complete reboot)
2. Replace all the veins and arteries (change to something that isn't flash)
3. Unblock the veins and arteries (work on optimisation)
4. Live off blood from donors (keep replacing the staff, without actually doing anything to solve the cause of the problem)
