When I don't use VPN or proxy, I can not go to websites hosted in US, except high-level botnets of course (y u du dis to me)

This includes forums as they're hosted in US

Are you using proxy in China? 
Connect to some Europe counties,  should work

Also, what country do you live in? I think its possible for countries to blacklist other countries websites, so I guess it could be that... Also can other people where you live visit US websites?

Stop being vocal about your opposition towards the local communist dictatorship and they will surely remove you from the internet blacklist, making you able to visit US domains again.
