Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

So far it looks kind of cluttered.

Is your cluttered qualm easily resolved through adding some padding to td?

I don't like blue as much as orange. And it's too small. And it's too  curvy. //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/tongue

I'm using the forum's blue theme right now, and have been for quite a while. Maybe that's a sign it's time for me to switch!

I'm impressed, very nice! I predicted something really bad but that's false //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/tongue

By the way you forgot the circles next to all subforum titles. And add some more space between the horizontal table lines. Then it looks perfect //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile

There's no single frequency of light that makes the color magenta, so you could say that magenta doesn't exist. But we can absolutely see magenta, it's what you get when you see both red and blue light.

but we have the color spectrum through nanometers and we can see those span all our hues. How can there not be a frequency then that matches up? Is it saturation or something?

Re: I am working on EE Forum Theme on Proboards :P

Its not on the spectrum because its a mixture between red and blue, and those colours are not next to each other on the spectrum. Human eyes detect blue, red and green and if it's a mix of those our brain mixes it too to show the real colour. When they detect both green and red you see it as yellow, thats also how its shown on the spectrum. But because red and blue are not next to each other on the spectrum there doesnt exist any colour mixed between those 2. Our brain makes it magenta of it but it doesn't really exist.

at least thats how i understand it

Pm me with anything math related please

Re: I am working on EE Forum Theme on Proboards :P

oh I see. I was assuming that because our eyes see the spectrum as drawn, all colors would be in the spectrum. But I guess we could combine those colors still with our three cone/rod things and yeah

so I concede
