When you press up and down, you can get previous chat messages in your chat bar.
You can get to 2nd msg B using this message, but you can't go back down. Mieaz is reporting this
If you press up multiple times, until you go past all chat messages you've sent, you now get blank messages in you chat bar. Mieaz suggests this be removed.
