Reverse JB and Speed
Okay, so you know the Speed and Jump boost effects?
They have their "Speed and Jump effects, as well as being able to place an effect block to remove the effect.
How about there's also a "Slow" effect and a "Lower Jump" (I'm sure there's a better name for that one) effect? (Can be done with zombies, but if you don't want to infect everyone and then kill them all, it's not very practical.
The Speed and Jump effects could just have 3 options instead of 2, including the reverse effects.
