rhis is not good and its really bad i just got some news from youtube how sony rejected microsoft offer for cross play but sadly no watch these video for more infomation

everyone hates sony ps4 for rejecting update it would of been cool but no people still think we will gte corss play in the future but just like jak and daxter 4 is dead and is not comeing back etc

Well, that's unfortunate. I'm sure quite a few Sony fans and change resisters will end up blaming Mircrosoft over this, even though Sony's the one responsible.

yes its sony's fault they said no now they are going to lose alot of money maybe SEGA can rise up in front of sony when it loses money etc that would be cool etc

While Sony's definitely going to lose some profit, it definitely won't put it in danger. Sony is rich, and Minecraft is just a single game.

I don't get the point of the PlayStation and Xbox. As far as I know, PC has everything those two systems have nowadays, in addition to much more. Good PCs can handle many resource-intensive games, as well as gaming controllers. Meanwhile, Nintendo's systems have creative hardware features (though the occasional flop) that would be impossible or inconvenient to pull off on a PC. I hope the PC, PlayStation, and Xbox markets merge so you won't have to get multiple different systems just to play the games you like.

In response to N1KF: Also 'next generation' features like 4K gaming are old news for PCs, plus you don't need to buy a new one every year :O

The only advantage of consoles is that games can be developed specifically for those consoles, but as consoles are getting closer and closer in specs, this doesn't really matter anymore... (I'm talking about PS/XBOX, Nintendo is still, as you say, different to most consoles)
