Now what I'm curious, what do you guys think about Super B-Complex? Have you ever taken it?

I personally love, because it has helped me stay in shape and cured my psoriasis. Amazing product. You don't even need to eat food because this product has every vitamin you need. It says one per day, but you need at least 5 to get what you would get from food. This is the ultimate redpill.

it sounds good as addition but not as a replacement, are you sure if you take 5/day you don't need food? I don't know anything about it but that just sounds odd
