clicking PM by name of a user

When you click the PM by the name of a user (under their avatar) it doesn't bring up their username so you have to type it in manually. Not sure if bug or not added

I like how zero people responded to this and hummerz5 wooted. Was this a bad suggestion? Did nobody see it? Just confused sorry for gravedig but I'd like some feedback on this as it doesn't exist

notice the user ID in the link shown on 2nd picture
i tried to send a pm to xfrogman like that (the ID was 24 in that case) without typing anything in the "Send to" field but it gave me an error:
