Error when entering some world after the update

help me please. After leaving the new update I can not access any world, the game is stopped ... something similar happens if I want to enter as a guest, I get "this account is banned due to abuse or fraud".
Apparently only happens to me because I can see that there are players in other worlds.:(
How can i fix this?...

Are you using .exe or .swf? Because if so - you need to download a new version.

You can't join a world as guest because guests are banned atm

exactly.
I have the game in .exe and does not open any world I have already tried to delete it and install it again but it still does not work, it stays the same.
I can only play it in the browser and that's a problem since it gives me a lot of lag ...
