Does ee have a FPS lock?

I was wondering if everybody edits had an fps lock, it seems to settle at 60 and never change.
My computer usually runs doom at about 70-80, so to me it felt weird. (The new doom)

It doesn't matter. The human eye can only visualize images at 64 FPS.

Not so, I use the Acer GN276HL. (It's 144hz)
