Hidden Forum?

Hello all,
This may be rather an irrelevant discussion, but posts made in Mod Discussion appear to be visible to normal users. I also seem to be able to access and view Mod Discussion as a subforum. Was this a known feature or is it a bug?

this is a known feature. The idea would be that if we needed to discuss big things, we'd do it there. yet, we lost like half of the group so the idea is somewhat dimming in luster

but in other news, we're a more close-nit bunch!
