The rules don't say anything about that. You're reading into rules that don't exist. You'll be the next moderator at that rate!

It's his own world, so why not.
If he does this in other worlds then I am pretty sure that he will get a ban for it.

It seems that Lrussell doesn't care, so I'm assuming it is allowed. Just as it should be.

People should be able to do whatever they want in their own worlds (as long as it isn't illegal of course.)

The only spam rule I see is "Do not spam or harass others." and I think it can be argued that while he IS spamming, he isn't spamming other people. He is spamming his own world, not spamming in a world where people are trying to enjoy the game and chat with each other.

That's a good point, but his attitude towards his own moderation pretty much implied the "are able to" version.

While that's a pedantic argument I'm pedantic so I accept that argument.

Is it really spamming though?  He is telling a story in his own world, which is what the world is about.  EE is a creative outlet where many levels are about stories.  This is just a different, weird outlook on a story level.

Also, you guys are so concerned about something being against the rules or not that nobody's talking about EEAnatoly's parents possibly kicking him. (first frames of gif)
