I like the variants, but I think that the first 3 should just have 3 options.
Low, Normal, and High
Low would be like zombie
High would be the normal effect
Normal is removing the effect

Easy to memorize

I agree with that multi-jump effect suggestion, but there should also be an infinity option (because infinity is infinity more than 999).

Solution: Allow settings for all blocks and just put numbers on them
