Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

In some sections of the forum the scrollbar is not working, is it a bug or what is happening with the scrollbar?
I mean doing it manually works, but the scroll wheel does not work.
The scroll wheel of my mouse is working, the problem only happen in some sections of the forum, the scrollbar does not move when I try to use the scroll wheel.
I would like to ask if you have the same problem with the scroll wheel.
Is some text field focused? If you click on a blank bit of page does it still not work?

how have we not figured out what browser you have?
iirc someone was having firefox issues of the strangest variety. Tbh that might've been me; I can't remember. Something about linux mint... and firefox... and my scrolls would be snails' pace
but then I think someone else (obligatory might be me) couldn't scroll for some reason.
those are anecdotal and not of the same variety you're talking, but I think knowing th ua would help

I use google chrome
I own a good mouse
the issue seems to appear randomly.
Apparently the problem is not from the forum, it happens in the google chrome search too.
Same problem here. Mouse wheel is not the source of the problem. Also use Google Chrome.

I can't see anything that would be causing it.

Yes, in google chrome search and pictures, seems like the problem is from google chrome.
Google chrome usually get without connection, back screen, error and close, so yeah, seems like its a google chrome problem.

it stopped working when i went from forum games subforum to this topic. not sure whether it still worked on the forum games page before i went to the actual topic

extensions that i have enabled right now:
AdBlock
Avast Online Security (idk why tbh)
Diigo Web Collector
Google Slides and Google Tables
The Safe Surfing (idk why, never ever noticed it in my extensions panel)

I guess that if everyone who this happens to could post a list of their plugins, we could narrow it down to one or two possible culprits, I wouldn't say it would be slides, as that's by Google themselves

i can bet its either adblock or avast

I would say Adblock, diigo, or whatever that safe surfing thing is (I can't find anything about it)
Avast seems quite professional, and Google makes chrome, so I wouldn't say either of them would have a bug like that
