tried on both now stays black and the exe stays withe and does nothing other games i have no problem with

I hate both of them... I dont like tools like that where you need to (/ it tries to get you to) download something
I personally just use some general file hosting program like dropbox or onedrive (usually onedrive now because it is included with windows 
), but they are a bit harder to set up for just a one time use thing

Thats never happened to me... Ive had it stop in the loading bar bit, and the update world image bit, but never there...
Maybe if its happened to someone else, then they can tell you what they did to fix it, but I dont think I can help with that

Usually when I get this, I just refresh and it works. That's probably not very helpful but yeah.
