As far as I'm aware of, the account was banned due to a limitation, being that moderators are unable to issue per-IP bans on guests, as they're unable to obtain the IP of a guest.
At the time, it was definitely warranted as the lobby was being spammed, however it should have been temporary until the issue was addressed in the next update.

Idk why but guests seem to be banned, and it's not just mine.
Almost everybody's guests seem to be banned.

Guest is like a normal player I think.
So if it gets banned nobody can use guest anymore.
