I feel like there a bit more important things going on behind the scenes that the release of the spring campaign.
I think that keeping a truthful staff team is one of the most important things. That said, I don't know if they actually did promise the Spring Campaign would return right now.

Don't they have a bool for the state of each campaign in the database?
