Are identical:

Chromium shows a full white under-line instead of that red line.

Chromium based browsers are garbage and can't handle styled underlines that aren't just borders.

That said only Firefox supports it. Forgot about that when I added it

They're identical on Microsoft Edge and IE on Windows 10 - both look like regular underlined text.

It does?? I'm a Firefox use and I see no underlines under the trigger warnings at all.
