How do I join a crew?

I have no way to join any crew. Tell me on the comments below.

You don't join a crew. You ask for an invitation to the crew and then accept it. The fact that nobody wants to invite you to their crews, is another thing.

Some crews are "recruiting" and have you sign out a little application.  I'm sure they'd be more than happy to have to join!

You "can" by asking the crew owner you wanna join, some crews has their own little application like how benje said, when you get the invitation, go to the "news" tab and click "join" in the message that has the crew that you wanted to join in(Oh also don't judge my english grammar and everything else after this.)
