that's what [trigger[ is for, images and youtube videos.

Since I have swearing disabled I'd rather not go through my profile settings every time I want to see a trigger.

That's what the left mouse button is for. Click on them and they appear.

thats why it has a line under it, but maybe change color like a link does when hovering might clear it up a little

Trigger text has a red dashed underline. Does your browser not handle red dashed underlines? That'd be a pain but I could probably still fix it while I'm adding hovercolors.

Hey, I'd like to ask everyone to re-read at least the OP of this topic.

I've been running into users that A) don't trigger their inappropriate language or B) attempt to use the trigger container as a way to break other rules.

However, A) inappropriate language is against the rules unless inside a trigger tag, and B) the trigger tag applies only to language in videos/images/text.

Links to other websites are allowed to have swearing as far as I know.

yeah good point. @EB, we don't have audio-embedding abilities. So, it'd just be a link. That said, we never did close the discussion there. I suppose we just take Diff's thoughts on the matter since they we dropped it cold.

I would agree, links that lead to swearing do not break the inappropriate language rule.
