Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Fixed bugs in PM system, replaced a bunch of links to the old system with links to the new system.

Fixed an email bug or two with PMs, also found out that new users had colored usernames turned off by default. Fixed that and change the last few thousand or so registered users to have it turned on.

They're not deleted, they're just on the old system

can you make an option so we can use one system or the other

No, because that would break the objective of the new PM system.

No. The old system is garbage and one day it'll be 100% removed. Judging on how long it took me to build the new system I'm going to give an ETA of no longer than the end of the universe.

p sure that should go in the forum discussion thread tailoring to the suggestions, this is the discussion of existing updates that were implemented
Warnings now use the new PMs system instead of the old one.

Profiles have been updated. You can now find someone's profile through their username without having to look up their ID or find a post they made like this:
http://forums.everybodyedits.com/profil … ifferent55
You can use the username "me" to direct someone to their own profile, which is something I've wished existing a couple of times when trying to point newbies in the right direction. Also comes in handy for showing off this next bit:
When you look at your own profile, there's now a menu option to preview your profile to see how it looks to everyone else.

Updated EE staff ranks. Unimaginably massive thanks to Koya who literally made it impossible to procrastinate on getting that done.
Changed Nou's usergroup to be a more generic "EE PR" which is currently empty. It'll be filled with whoever steps up to manage the Game Business section of the forums.

Hummerz and Buzzerbee haven't killed anyone yet so I gave them power over Game and Forum Business as well as the Topic Graveyard in case they accidentally move something in there and need to move it back out I guess.

Fixed a forum registration filter. Whoever it was who was making a metric butt-ton of alts earlier should have a much, much harder time of it now.

Users banned by the warning system are now properly marked as being banned by the mod that warned them.
Mods that edit bans are now marked as having created that ban.

oh right, I knew I was forgetting something.
Warning system bans are now IP bans. That should clear up those "banned users should be able to view the forums because clearing your cookies let's you browse the forums anyway" complaints.

Fixed bug where users weren't able to switch on/off noedit/isolation after creating a topic, also leading to topics becoming accidentally editable/unisolated after editing the OP.
